Return & Refund Policy – Buyzaar4u

At Buyzaar4u, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Note: For hygiene reasons, beauty & skincare products cannot be returned if opened or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them

  • After processing/shipping, cancellation is not possible
